Mr. Delivery- Madison

"I'd give it zero stars if I could. The delivery took an hour and a half, and when it arrived, it was from the wrong restaurant. When I questioned the driver about this, they lied to my face about, trying to make it look like the restaurants fault. Called customer service, who refused to do anything to make it right, so I cancelled the order. They still charged my card, and gave me the runaround about refunding me the money for the order I never got. This was the last, and worst, experience I've had with them, but not the first bad experience. DO NOT ORDER THOROUGH THIS COMPANY."

"Totally positive experience. I placed a food order through Mr. Delivery’s website and received exactly what I ordered about an hour or so later. I read the other reviews on here (they are really awful), but since I can’t drive this week and I really wanted some barbecue, I decided to give Mr. Delivery a chance. I have no regrets. Everything went perfectly. The order was correct and on-time. I was even able to monitor the progress of my order online, which was reassuring. There does appear to be a markup for each food item in addition to the delivery and processing fees. Figuring in the markup, the fees, and a 20% tip, I ended up paying about $15-$20 above what I would have paid if I’d driven across town and walked into the store myself, but considering the logistics of the service Mr. Delivery provides, I think the price was fair."

"I received a gift card for Mr. Delivery, and have had 2 experiences so far. Overall, the website is decent and easy to order. They do mark up the prices if you compare to the restaurant's website, but I get it. My first delivery came in about 20 minutes which was faster than I expected, so that was a 5 star experience. No hassle at all. My second order was cancelled after I placed it. I'm guessing they didn't have a driver to fulfill it. That was kind of lame, but didn't bother me too much. Edit: Third order went just as smoothly as the first. It's a good service if you're willing to pay the premium for delivery."

"Always check your order at the door. Mr. Delivery has failed to deliver entrees, although rarely. This service criminally forgets to include ordered beverages. Almost every time they have forgotten sodas, beers, etc. I no longer order from restaurants that use Mr. Delivery. The error rate is beyond acceptable and almost every time I am forced to contact the restaurant and wait another 30 minutes to get a missed item redelivered."

"I ordered food for lunch and when I received my order, it was completely wrong. I called them to have them send me the correct order. After waiting an additional 1.5 hours (after already waiting an hour for the wrong order), I called back to find out a reorder was never submitted and I had been waiting so long that the restaurant closed! Every single time I order from a restaurant that uses Mr Delivery, my order is incomplete, wrong, or severely late. Not to mention the huge delivery charge I pay. Terrible delivery service. I will never use them again."
