"Triple the amount of time they say it'll take to fill a prescription. I called and they said they'd have my prescription ready in an hour. It wasn't ready for 3 hours. They also like to pick up the phone and simply hang up on you if you've been waiting on hold for a while. Edit as of January 2024: it's unfortunate that Walgreens is the best place to go if you get a lot of prescriptions. I called them with a prescription question. Was on hold for 90 minutes. Drove to the store and asked if their phones were down. Was told they were simply too busy to be bothered to answer the phone."
"Pharmacy can't fill Rxs due to no or low supply, although they were aware of the order last week. Very discouraging."
"Edit: Do not fill prescriptions here. They do not care if you need them to live. I have been coming here for years. I work next door and it's convenient. I'm sad they are not 24 hours anymore. That's a big reason why I picked this location. It will be hard on me but I will still come. I get all of my prescriptions auto filled here. Pharmacy staff is great to me. I'm a regular and they are getting to know me which I appreciate. Love this location. I come pretty much daily."
