"Stopped to fill a low tire, didn’t really know where the air source was located so we went inside and Matthew was very quick to offer to help us. Even though it was raining he helped my mother and I, by filling our tire. He was very quick, very polite, and efficient."
"As a former Kwik Trip employee, this store is very disappointing. I had called 3 times earlier to ask a simple question, and nobody answered the phone. When I called for the 4th time, someone finally answered, but immediately hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Not to mention, they always seem to be out of stock of certain items, which is unfortunate/frustrating because they’re the closest store to my current job. At this point, I don’t even bother going to this location to get breakfast before my shift, or on my lunch. They really need someone like Sharla, Gavin or Carrie to whip this store into shape. Do better!"
