"I ordered pickup order on subway App and it showed ready for pickup. When I arrived, the store staff refused to give me food saying they cannot find it in the system. I showed them the App confirmation and confirmed it is the correct store, but they still refused to do anything to accommodate. So I ended up paying for the food but didn't get the food. What else can I say about the experience!"
