Dairy Queen

"Lady at the register had no idea about the menu asked her a question about what was on the burger she had no idea! Told her what we wanted like three times and she still messed up the order, then told her our sodas and she messed that up to told her we wanted the kids Sundays when we come back in after the kids are done eating and she made those, even though we told her not to yet, I asked her for eight packs of catch-up she gave me too. I asked for six more she gave me two more. She definitely needs to learn English needs to learn how to listen and needs to learn the menu. Otherwise she shouldn’t be working there. very dissatisfied with the service ."

"I've been going to this location for years on and off. I say off because every time I go here, something pisses me off so bad that I don't return for another year. I was excited to see that new ownership took over, hoping it would improve the service. I was wrong. I just spent a half hour in a drive thru for 2 ice cream sundaes. The line was out to the street so I can understand being a little behind, but a half hour?? This has to be the only drive thru in the area that DOESN'T have a large order pull ahead and then they run their food out to them. This allows the customers who only want ice cream to be served in a timely manner instead of this nonsense. I could have driven 1 block away and gone through the McDonald's drive thru 3 or 4 times in the same period of time. I guess that's where I'll get my ice cream from now on considering this has been a reoccurring problem for this dairy queen for years now. Get with the modern era please or shut down."

"This was the ranch given to me with my cheese curds. As soon as I opened it I could smell that it was off and it looks just about as bad as it smells. When I first looked at it I thought maybe it was frozen or some thing and thawing out, but as soon as I smelled it I knew it was not that, that was the problem. Disgusting. It also took about 20 minutes in the drive-through, at least to get my one order of cheese curds and ranch while there was nobody inside other than maybe a person or two at a table already having been served."

"The people working here are nice. Got some ice cream with my kids and it was great. The environment is a little dingy and dirty on the inside though. Not the best to sit and enjoy food inside though"

"Been to this restaurant many times. Only get the ice cream. Service is typically slow. But definitely the best soft serve ice cream on North Ave in Wauwatosa. They are artful with the upside down blizzard demonstration to show that the ice cream will not fall out of the cup. They now offer dairy-free dilly bars, so I'm not sure if they should change their name to Dairy-Free Queen."
