"At the time I was starving, so I ordered the Tomato soup and a chicken sandwich on black pepper foccacia (bread). It was so delicious with slices of pickled red onions, house sauce, lettuce, tomato and cheese and it was grilled, toasty and warm and it was so good, I ate every crumb. The soup was fantastic. Bits of tomato pulp and basil, exact amount of seasoning. My tummy said Thanks, I needed that!"
"I had planned to order a pepperoni flatbread pizza. Upon advising the cashier of my request, she responded that there was no tomato sauce. Who is running this location? How does running out of tomato sauce even happen? Panera bread, no matter the location is sorry . Just close up already."
"I absolutely hate this location. Customer service were extremely rude and impatient. I ordered two meals and when I told the manager that the food was wrong and cold, he got rude and started using profanity. He took the food back and threw it in the garbage. They refused to give my correct amount money back and I just left the energy and experience there. I won't recommend this location. You may get kind or rude service at this location, just be ready for whatever may come. And no to the manager that reads this review,I don't want to come back for a different experience.
