"The staff were understaffed for the amount of customers. They needed to multi-task several roles taking orders, packing up food, making food. They were kind and as helpful as they could be, but took over an hour and a half to get my food as a pickup order. They need to staff this location to expedite food better. Felt bad for the staff."

"THIS IS THE PLACE that everyone around me passionately and positively talked about for decades. I finally decided to give them a try since they have some great online specials if you place your order using the app. The prices here are phenomenal, but is your time worth the few bucks that your saving out of your wallet? We purchased or order online for 6:20 we stood in line until 7:30 only to stand there and wait for them to fulfill our order (which was fairly large). The pros and cons of that are the food was fresh but they were out of the sides we had requested. Hmmm... I already paid for them... an hour and a half ago. Besides the wait and the product shortage, the wait in the lobby wasn't bad. The music was relaxing, the customers were quiet and compliment for the length of time we had to be there. What I liked most of all was the three employees. Yes, only three employees on a Friday night at one of the most popular food chains. They were calm and collective. There wasn't any yelling or screaming orders or numbers, everyone knew their position and that's why things ran smoothly. In my opinion the chicken and the chicken sandwiches weren't that great. My family thought the chicken was great. I'm pick about chicken though. I also expect to get what I order. Otherwise, I'm really not interested in anything else, although the biscuits are to die for! They made every trouble for that day, for that week go away. The biscuits are above and beyond. Overall, in my opinion, if you have heard about this place several times,like chicken and have time to waste give this place a try... At least for the biscuits."

"I never thought I would be one to feel compelled to write a review for a fast food restaurant, but here we are. If you want to, or have the time for games, this is a great place to go. If you’re looking for timely, professional customer service I would look elsewhere. I received a promo code, issued from corporate, to use from a previous horrendous experience. The only option to redeem was to submit a mobile order in their app and pick up in person. After selecting a pick-up time, I arrived to the location. After waiting 15-20 minutes to get to the counter, I showed them my mobile order. They hadn’t even printed the ticket to begin working on it (shocker). She told me they were out of the chicken tenders and fries (it was noon). That was my whole order. I told her the app didn’t notify me that those items were out of stock, and asked for a refund for this order. She said it was not possible and that I would have reach back out to corporate. I would never recommend this location, having had two truly bizarre experiences where you leave completely empty-handed after waiting for long periods of time. Maybe try another location? But see your standards low: Definitely give yourself a few hours, expect horrible customer service, and realize they just might be out of food midday."

"One of the worst restaurant stops that I can think of in my entire life. Massive line inside and outside. People yelling and going wild. Coworkers seeming zombified. Just not a good time. Really off-putting spot that I would recommend avoiding. If you choose to waste +30 min waiting for Popeyes, I can’t imagine you’ll have a good time. I ended up leaving after feeling beyond uncomfortable. On top of the 5 min I waited, I witnessed one person leave from both the inside and the drive thru. Giving up on the wait. Smart move."
