"I go there all the time its a nice Walmart only thing don't have cashier's. So we had to do our own stuff but other than that everything else was good."

"A one-stop shop for everything you can think of. It really gives meaning to the phrase from a pin to an anchor. I love that everything you may need can be found in the same general location without having to visit multiple stores for different items."

"The positive thing is that I found most of what I was looking for, and had no probems with the self-checkout. But the customer service was bad almost beyond belief. I needed to buy an electric shaver. I found the item in a locked display case. There was no one around to open the case. I asked someone for help. They said they'd get help. No one came. I asked them again. They said they would get someone to page someone to unlock the case. No one came. I asked an associate for help. He said he'd have someone page someone to open the case. No one came. I'd already wasted 15 minutes. I never heard a page. I asked a maintenance guy if he had a key. He seemed scared this was some sort of a trick question. I said that's fine, never mind. I asked someone at a register. She said hardly anyone has keys, but I could get help at the customer service desk. I stood in line for 15 minutes to talk to a customer service person. She said she would page someone to open the case. I waited another 10 minutes but no one came. I had no idea what to do at this point. On my way back to the front of the store, I saw someone stocking a shelf and asked her. She didn't have a key, but there happened to be a Key Guy nearby, so I finally got into the case. I was happy. The Key Guy was not. He made it pretty clear that this whole "open the locked case" thing was an imposition. By the time I got the item I felt like I should apologize for taking up his time."

"Would give zero if I could. Worst customer service ever! I work in customer service and I have never treated people the way my husband and I got treated. We were needing an item that was locked up. We found someone at the front of the store and asked them if they could page someone to that particular area for assistance. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to "call" on her mic to have someone meet us there. After waiting 15 minutes, we decided to leave. On our way out, my husband went back to that lady who "called" someone and said that nobody ever came to help us and that we were upset. She tells my husband "well, I can't please everyone." How in the world do you employ people like that? We will never ever be back. Target gained some new customers."

"It was nice to feel like a valued customer. I asked the electronic department assistant to help unlock a stand to obtain an item, and they explained they hadn't been trained on the key system. Instead of walking away, they called for assistance and tested the key out while we waited. Apologizing for the delay the entire time, they figured it out a couple moments later and checked me out, all as a manager finally approached. They were patient, kind, and attentive. Great service."
