"I have been a J Crew customer for decades. I used to shop at the Mayfair store all the time. I recently had a horrible experience at this store. The employees were beyond rude. I won't be back to this location. Considering Mayfair is their only store left in Wisconsin you would think customer service and common decency would be a requirement for employment there."
