Old Navy

"Dirty and disorganized. Inaccessible for customers with disabilities. Couldn't even get small shopping cart through "aisles" without bumping into stuff let alone a walker or wheelchair. Couldn't access fitting room, looks like it's being used for storage."

"Terrible return policy. I went to exchange a gift and was told no returns or exchanges after 30 days. No idea when it was bought since it was a gift. The sale clerk just said it was “probably” more than 30 days. Didn’t bother to scan the tag. Very short and very rude. I was not in the mood to argue. So I threw the shoes in the trash. As I can see from all these other reviews customer service is lacking. Old Navy will be the last place I shop and would never buy someone’s gift there."

"I’d say this is a pretty good Old Navy. I’ve been here several times and the only real downside is the long lines during peak times. That’s tough all around these days (Dec 2022) with short staffed retail stores so it’s hard to blame Old Navy specifically. This store still has plenty of merchandise and if you arrive earlier you can minimize the wait time."

"Have you ever went to a store and you were followed? Well look no further old Navy in Mayfair collections tell their staff to follow you throughout the entire store no matter what you’re buying or if you even purchase anything. And the manager will physically pretend as if she knew nothing about it but no one outside of the brown people were followed. Old Navy needs to do better"

"Just sad! The store is a mess and trying to find somebody let alone somebody willing to actually help was near impossible. Found a shirt I really liked. It was on a mannequin in the front as seen in the attached photo. However, after finally finding somebody to help me locate that shirt in the store he found a manager named Willie somewhere outside having a cigarette and he said “no we haven’t had that in a while…. Why don’t you go look on the clearance racks ” when I didn’t happen to be able to locate one there… Let alone how anyone could find anything in that mess is beyond me, I of course then asked if I could actually purchase the last one in what happened to be the size I needed from the mannequin. I was told no even though it had a tag on it we aren’t going to sell that one- we need to send it back to our warehouse. Seriously? A willing customer wants to buy something you have available and you’re going to pay more than the value of that shirt to send it somewhere else where no one can buy it? As somebody who reviews retail stores on a regular basis this is one more reason why brick and mortar stores just don’t have what it takes anymore. Lack of staff, rude staff, a messy store, and no customer service. The days are numbered for this location!"
