I think, due to the negligence of her former employee, she should pay the difference. She does not agree. I have turned her over to the CA Insurance commission, Allstate, Travelers and will be seeing her in small claims court. Additionally, in the state of CA she, by law, must obtain my signature on an application to see out quotes for us. TWICE she had submitted apps for us with no signature - we can't even approve what she is submitting to MAKE SURE the companies know what kind of business we do. STAY AWAY - this seems to be a bait and switch operation,"
