"Don’t come here if you have a Tesla, we got our tires replaced and after 9,000 miles we noticed our back tires were completely stripped. We brought it back into Costco and of course they are not taking any responsibility or offering a solution. They said it’s because the Tesla has too much torque and they didn’t have the right tire for the Tesla so not sure why they would’ve even put a tire that couldn’t carry the weight or torque of the car. We also missed rotating our tires at 5,000 so they hung their hat on that. But let’s be honest with how stripped the tires are, that wouldn’t have gotten us even close 70,000 miles a tire should have."

"We waited 5 hours and then they skipped our car and went to work on cars far later than our number. We asked the staff about it, they claimed that our car would be next, but the next car that came in was 3 car later us. We asked the tire center supervisor about this, then a random tire staff came up to us aggressively and yelled, "lower your tone, you respect me, I respect you, or you cancel the order and GO BACK HOME". "go back home" what does that mean???"

"Costco is great the tire center not so much. Walk-in process is very misleading and they open ~15mins earlier than what the website says they open. Got bumped from the front of the walk-in line to the back of the walk-in line as a result. What’s the point of getting here an hour early for a ticket if they are still going to do first come first serve when they open at 10? Walmart tire center is better going there now on. Tire selection is bigger and you don’t have to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment. Price of tires is very similar even with the 4% discount you get from membership/credit card."

"I am extremely happy with the service. They didn't have my tire in stock and offered to place an order. Since it would take more than a week to arrive, I decided to go to a different location in Yorba Linda and was told that the same tire would cost double the price. When I asked about the warranty they explained that it didn't cover. Came back to this location at the district and everything was simple and quick. Anthon assisted and was very polite and worked quick. No complains."
