"I had a great experience getting my tires repaired. They were professional on the phone and in person, especially Mishonda. 100% faster than Costco. The waiting room has good chairs, WiFi, and a TV that works.I highly recommend this store and I will be coming back when it is time for new tires."
"Came in on a Sunday morning with a slow leak in my tire and I asked if they could sneak me in for a repair. They not only fit me in but Mishonda gave me the price and time it would take. This is the third time I've visited this location and they are always great to work with. While I was waiting I saw Mishonda working with another customer who had an older model tire that is not easy to get. Even though they didn't have it in stock, I saw her making calls to secure four of them from another shop and even arrange to have them delivered to this location. Great service and spot on with the time and repair. I can't recommend them enough."
"Just a heads up for auto/racing enthusiasts. Attempted to shop local but was turned away today for bringing in my own tires. Unfortunately they will not mount/balance tires loose, new/used, or brought in. Nor will they accept online purchase/shipping to their store. I participate in events and swap tires/wheels often and was hoping for a local shop to do this. I was able to visit another shop in the area that can accommodate enthusiast customer needs. Also for rainy weather tire shops should be booming! clearly not the case at Big O unfortunately. I'm hoping they change their policy to enable more customers to shop here."
"Took my car here the other day without an appointment for a leaky tire issue. In under two hours they had the issue properly diagnosed (screw puncture) and fixed under warranty. Previously I had tried to get help at the Irvine Big-O Tires location where I had originally purchased the tires, but they gaslighted me and were totally unhelpful. I left them an appropriate review. But top notch service at this location. I would definitely recommend this franchise owner to others and will be back."
