"Went for a radiator fix last month. Horrible experience! They made me wait for days to just contact my insurer & get an approval for the claim. Once they approved, they made me wait for days & never called for the fix to be done. In the whole process, they never called me for a status update & I have to call them multiple times a day (most times, it went on hold for minutes, I have all call records as proof). I had a very good experience before (in May-June 2023), but looks like things have changed. I finally got the repair done by the dealership, that too for a very low price compared to one quoted by them. Not going back to them again, never!"
"Jesse was very friendly and patient. The process was very fast and I got the Michelin Defender tires and alignment for my car which makes my car much more quiet and safe. Make sure you ask for Jesse, he’s very hard working and he makes sure you get a great price."
