"Ive been leasing with Aston Martin for the past year and a half. Throughout that time I have had the opportunity to work with Kyle on multiple occasions. I must say, his level of professionalism and customer service is on a different level. Every appointment I had he was punctual, friendly, and respectful. As a business owner, I can really appreciate when an employee goes above and beyond their role to give the customer the best experience possible. My last visit is the reason I felt obligated to give him a review though. I accidentally damaged my vehicle driving through a gate, and without any sort of appointment I drive down to the service center to assess the damage as well as set up an appointment to get it fixed on a different day (they were closing in 20 minutes). As I pulled up, Kyle greeted me and told me he would check out my car to see if they would be able to fix it. He then proceeds to start giving it a wash, as well as buff out the damage. Within twenty minutes my car looked even better than before I damaged it (the damage was just paint transfer). Kyle was under no obligation to go the extra mile to help me, I'm sure he had other things to do to before they closed for the day. It would have been much easier to set up an appointment on a later date. The fact that he went above and beyond to help me (turned a terrible day after the accident into a great day) is the epitome of excellent customer service. I am an extremely happy customer, and I am looking forward to continuously leasing Aston Martins as my daily drivers."
