"Absolute unacceptable experience. Today 9/28 instore @ 2:20 i came to return a part i did NOT use and the cashier that gave me the name "Ariel " tall , dark hair. Said the part had been used i absolutely know this part is 1000% New , i asked him for his manager and she said that it was used so i asked her to bring another part from the back to prove it looks the same and she rudely said no i don't want to do that. She was very hostile and failed to represent the positive presentation auto zone has had. No one should be treated like this it's a shame. I did not stay to argue with them nor reach their level of attitude, i simply left because i KNOW it's new, no use in arguing over that, i did not expect walking into auto zone being treated like that and i asked the manager for her name and she said she did not need to give it to me, why would she not give me her name? Because she new she messed up?or because i will contact corporate? I will attach pictures of the items out of the bag"

Richard not only helped me pick out wipers that would serve me well, but was also more than willing to put them on my car…IN THE RAIN!!! Bless him!
