"These people are incompetent. We had a ridiculous increase In homeowner insurance. Called them, no response. Found our own insurance and notified them in June! We were entitled to a refund. True Pro said they'd process it. They didn't. Called several months later. No refund. Had to provide Declaration Page. I did. They completed the request for a refund with the wrong date even after they had the policy Declaration Page. They were notified the next day from the carrier to correct it. True Peo Never corrected it. Here it is 11/15th still no refund. They are incompetent, unavailable and rude. Get someone else. Many phone calls and hassles from June to November. No excuses. You'll end up scouting for your own insurance anyway."

I find this much faster and easier than calling. Also, their prices are VERY competitive and among the lowest in the industry. Last but not least, they are happy to offer suggestions to make sure you get most appropriate coverage for your situation and they are always happy to answer every question you may have.
