"Had a great experience. The guy at rhe front desk was nice, my car feels better after getting the service done & the price was right. Just be aware that they, like almost everyone else. Are SHORT STAFFED, so be prepared to drop your car off, go shopping across the street (lots of stores nearby) or sit there for a few hours. Yelling or being rude will not change the fact that there are other cars in front of yours. Please be kind."

"Stopped in late in the evening on a Saturday with a stripped lug nut and a flat tire. David, the most awesome technician ever, helped us fix the flat tire and remove the stripped lug nut. Since he was so busy he didn't have a mechanic to work on it and did the work himself at no charge. I am a Pep Boys customer for life and David is the greatest."

"Holy smokes, Pep Boys! I’m so bummed it took me so long to stop by this location. David is one of the best techs / managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Incredibly kind, knowledgeable, upfront, and direct about what I’ll need, but more importantly, what my car needs. I called ahead a hour or so before they were closing and had an emergency come up that stalled me from arriving until near their closing, but David was determined to still take on the job. "Took my Honda crv in to them for new tires and an alignment. They were the cheapest option in the area and did a pretty good job overall. The only problem is that my cars still pulling to the left when I’m driving, and this is after taking it back to them after they worked on it the first day. So I’m not sure what’s going on with it but that’s the reason for the 3 star review. Other than that, love the tires and it’s driving smoothly."

"My car has around 300k miles and has traveled across the US many times. I’m very picky where I take my car and this is a great shop! They do a lot more than I thought. They completely fixed my breaks and suspension. Another thing that I liked is that you get a full inspection report complete with pictures of parts that may need to be fixed or replaced. They also reach out to you before doing any work and explain the difference prices and work that they can do. I’ve been to this location about 5 times and they have always done good work. They even park your car in the shade if there’s space! I also like the staff inside, James and Gabe are friendly and are happy to answer any questions you have about your cars service! I’m definitely coming back to this location for any of my cars needs! P.S. the warranty on the parts is great, got a bolt in one of my new tires and they patched it and mounted it for free in no time!!"
