"Avoid visiting the Walmart auto center on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Upon arriving at 7:45 AM on a weekday, I was pleasantly greeted with no wait for a simple oil change. Despite being third in line, I expected it to take no longer than two hours. However, I ended up waiting until 12:30 PM to leave. While waiting, I explored nearby stores but returned to find my car untouched. It turned out that someone had accidentally closed me out of the system. Considering the delay, I contemplated doing the oil change myself. Therefore, I recommend visiting the Los Coches Walmart location instead of the Santee one."

"Don’t go without an appointment. They WILL NOT tell you that and have you wait forever and put person after person after person in front of you. I waited over two hours still no oil change (which takes five minutes!!!!). And the red haired girl has no clue how to do her job, pretty sure I watched her break a key in someone’s ignition. Maybe find some place a little more competent. This place blows. Making my appointment at a different Walmart I hope I never have to deal with those people ever again because straight train wreak people. When we asked for key back the mechanic just said how they are understaffed, WELL DONT TAKE WALK-INs!!!!!!!!!!! Waste of my time!!!!!"

"Adrianna from auto care so unprofessional, she did not know what she was doing, didn't let her coworkers work on my car, stating that she knew how to do it just to be with an attitude with me. She mentioned in more than 2 times I want to go home. This happened on nov 22 at 4pm, 1 day before thanksgiving. I end up taking my car somewhere else. My question is: if you don't want to work why are you here? Why didn't you stayed home as you wanted to be in first place and let somebody else like your coworker take care of it?."

"This staff was very rude. The lady getting car information walked away to do other things, so I went inside the lady at the desk said go outside in rude tune. I told her I was, and she said, "Wait some more." When finally they came to help me, I was told no, I was unable to get the 44.88 oil change because they ran out of that oil. The only thing that i do is get 48.88 change. She was also very rude in the way she talked to me. It took 20 minutes of them being rude, so I just left"
