"The work was okay. I had to call them an hour after their estimated time to find out my car was ready. Two days later I had a dead battery and when I popped the hood I noticed the engine cover was missing. I called and asked if it had been left behind. The guy left me on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up and called back to be put on hold again so he could come back and tell me he checked with his techs and they didn't have anything. The fact that they weren't ready when I called tells me they rushed getting it wrapped up. The call treatment tells me they lost or threw away the cover and are trying to avoid dealing with me. Would not recommend going here."
