"Eric and his team are the best! Been going here since 2009. I found him randomly online when I first moved to San Diego and decided not to go through insurance after some body damage. I shopped around and he didn't talk to me like I was an idiot like everyone else did. He's worked on 3 of my cars over the years, and now I live in LA and I actually had my car towed there because I don't trust anyone else to work on my cars. The work is impeccable, the communication and transparency are unmatched, and also the shop itself its so clean like a showroom. It doesn't make any sense to me! I've left feeling like its too good to be true, but it really is true. You won't regret working with them!"

"So, I called today April 30, 2021 around 10:56am to acquire on some audio equipment and it rang once and then someone picked up, but didn't say anything. They just hung up, and so I called back again, and the same thing happened. So, I tried calling again, and whoever answered, decided to yell in the phone and say "F-OFF" and then hang up. This is very unprofessional and very rude. A business like this should not have employees to treat people this way. Very unprofessional and not good for business. Honestly, if a company treats potential or current customers this way, I would NEVER recommend a company like this. You guys need to check yourself and show some respect. You just lost a customer. Good job!!!"

"I was scheduled to drop my truck off at a shop (nearby and a competitor to Street Trenz) on July 1st to have them do a leveling kit for my front end and airbags for the rear of my truck. I drove from Alpine and arrived early and the other shop had unexpected business arrive and asked if i could reschedule for next week. I was stuck driving so far and the place didn't have room for my vehicle so that I could leave it. I called a friend Tyler that owns Total Tint and asked if he knew anyone that could help me out sooner than waiting until next week. Tyler suggested to go to Street Trenz and see if it was possible but highly unlikely to get it done right away. I stopped by and talked to the shop foreman by the name of Bob and I explained my circumstances... Bob was slammed and booked out but said that I could leave my vehicle as he would try and get to it by Tuesday of next week. Helping me save a another round trip down the hill. To my surprise I get a call this morning from Eric the owner telling me that my truck might be done this afternoon. Later today I was asked to stop by and pick it up around 2:30 July 2nd.... I was so appalled how they were able to work it in the schedule only having 2 guys on the floor and the shop was full!!! I was especially blown away when I was told the price and found that it was $300 less than the other shop and everything was installed like the pros they are!!!! Amazing work, craftsmanship and AMAZING service!!!! Thank you BOB the Builder and props out to Street Tenz!!! They are above a 5 star service and price!!!!"

"I have gone to a few places around the El Cajon area in search of the right lift kit, arms, wheels, tires, bumpers, fenders and so forth on my Jeep JKU including the big guys like 4wp and this is the ONLY place that I felt they actually listened to what I was looking to do with my jeep, helped me understand my options and absolutely 100% knew their stuff. There wasn't a question I asked that they weren't able to answer and in most cases, I was looking to spend more but they throttled me back and explained why going with a more expensive item wasn't going to get me a better trail experience. Installation prices are very good and for the quality of work they do and care they give to you and your vehicle, I don't think you will find a better place in SD. Well worth the drive if you are coming from downtown, Carlsbad or San Ysidro. I worked with Jared and he spent hours with me going through options to ensure I was going to be happy at the end of the day. I don't write reviews typically unless I have a bad experience or I am simply blown away by the service and in this case, I would absolutely rate them 10 starts of out of 5 if it were an option. This is my go to shop moving forward without a doubt. Go in there, talk to Jared and you will see he is a normal, non salesy, good dude. Best of luck!"
