These inspections feel more like an invasion of privacy than a legitimate property check. It's as if they don't trust their own tenants and are constantly looking for reasons to keep the security deposit. Security Deposit Shenanigans: Be prepared for a battle when it comes to your security deposit. They will find any excuse to withhold your money, even for normal wear and tear. Getting a fair refund is like pulling teeth. Lack of Professionalism: The staff at Holmes Property Management is shockingly unprofessional. They exhibit a complete disregard for their tenants' needs and rights. Any attempts to resolve issues are met with indifference or hostility."
