"Definitely would not recommend. Whenever I moved here rent was around 800 which was a great price now they are raising it next year close to 1200. Our elevator has been broke since middle of last year.FIND SOMEWHERE CLOSER TO CAMPUS FOR THE PRICE"
"My AC has broken 5 times in one semester and the elevator in my building has been broken all semester long. They answer the phone quick, but in my experience they have only answered my emails after 7 days and upon emailing again for them to get back with you. Most of the gym equipment is broken and the place itself is very dirty after the weekend. One plus is that there are lots of parking spaces even without a paid parking pass."

"Probably the worst place to live on campus. Be prepared to get charged for everything little thing and when you are charged something you will have to pay a $20 credit card fee through their system. Horrible location and things are broken all the time. The management company that runs Uwalk is greedy and money hungry"
"I know people are desperate for places to live this year in Knoxville but I would recommend considering your options before signing here. Definitely review the lease terms. They charge fees for every single transaction including utility payments which adds up to a considerable amount on top of the already high rent per month. The apartments are nice but I will be glad when my son has moved out. It has been one problem after another since we first filled out the application. My daughter has lived on campus for four years and we have never had the kind of trouble we have had here with hidden charges, fees and extras."
