"I have absolutely loved living here! I loved how the building only had 4 units so the noise level was low. I loved all the green space and room to play and walk. I loved the pool and used it constantly in the summer. The maintenance guys were always so fast and great if I did have something that needed to be fixed. It's a quiet neighborhood and I always felt safe. My 2 bedroom apartment had the best layout and the rooms were all spacious. I'm only moving because I bought a house and I know I'm going to miss being here."
"I wouldn’t personally live here about 5 years they kicked my 90 year old grandmother out after she had lived there almost 30 years . I think as a elderly person having to move and leave her beloved apartment( 609 B!) caused the rapid decline in her health which was not at its best and led her death to hasten quicker . It was just cruel whst they did . I should have said something sooner"
"This has been the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The maintenance guys are great and respond quickly. Very friendly staff. Great place to raise a kid with ample space to play. They’re always improving on the already great complex. It is quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend"
"I lived at Raintree for almost 2 years and absolutely loved it! The management is great and I never had any issues they couldn’t resolve. They are very responsive and maintenance always completed work orders in a day or two. The community is great for walking and there is a lot of grassy areas for pets to explore. Every resident I met was friendly and most have dogs that love to be pet. I would love to live here again if I move back to Knoxville."
"If you are ever looking for an apartment in the west Knoxville area. I DO NOT recommend the Raintree Apartments off of Gleason Rd. My mother has lived there for 20 years and is now moving out due to her health and moving out of state. We have paid for the next two months rent and they said she is to be out 8:00 am tomorrow morning. We asked for multiple repairs to be made over the years and nothing has ever been done."
