"Moved in about 3 months ago. My move in was smooth and the apartment was in great condition. Since I've been here the valet trash service has been removed but I've enjoyed the other services such as the gym, self service car wash and mail room pick up. The mail room service is nice, all of my packages have been safe in that space. There are two gyms with a some equipment, not a alot but it's something. They do not have a mini movie theater (that was something they told me before moving in). I've really enjoyed my experience here so far from the leasing management team engagements and announcements regarding apartment updates. But every since it has snowed my experience has been changing as they do not have anyone to clear the roads and trash could not be picked up (city problem) so there is a bunch left by the dumpsters. My heat stopped working and hasn't been fixed for the 3rd day and MLGW has lowered the water pressure so much it is not strong enough to shower with."
"We actually moved into our apartment last year on the third floor with the hope of transferring to a first floor apartment at the time of our renewal. Once we let our leasing agent TK Martin know of our needs, she immediately started looking for a new apartment that would fit our requirements. Within days TK had located a couple of different options for us to look over and provided resources to ease our move. We truly enjoy the community and hope to be a part of it for some time to come"
