"Do NOT live here! I’ve been here 3 years and it has gone down. I will not be renewing this year. Cars have been getting broken into and stolen A LOT lately and all they do is send out a “transparency” email. No type of security measures are taking place except for a security car that does nothing but sit out front of the leasing office all night and does not patrol through the complex. Maintenance men are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. They let me move into a unit with a door frame hanging on by two half hammered nails. The leasing office does NOT answer the phone. Over priced for absolutely no value!"

"I too was shown a very updated apartment but not what I moved into. I’ve been here 2 years. Keeping water on seems to be an issue here. It’s every other month they turn water off for repairs. This has gone on for 2 years. Came home last night to my water being turned off during the day. My rent has went up and doesn’t coincide with the aging look of my apartment. And all the extras they add to rent is ridiculous then charge you again on portal to pay your rent. 3 months into moving in , my car was burglarized. A report was made to MPD my concern for safety was on high alert now. A few more incidents like a shooting to stop a thief and an assault has gone down. They now have a security guard which makes things seem a little safer. I think we need gates with code access. Other than those things which I know can happen anywhere but they can be more vigilant on the safety of their tenants . Let’s bring positivity towards the property . It is a beautiful place. The grounds are kept up and they try to keep it clean and trash free. Maintenance has always taken very good care of me. No complaints there. During the summer the pools are nice mand kept up well. Pet friendly environment."

"Been living here for 3 years. 2 different apartments. The loud dogs are out of control and the property has been disgusting ! Dog poo every where .. trash every where . Not sure if the leasing agents are advising people who have dogs upon move in- to make sure the dogs are trained and not a disturbance to neighbors or what ? The first apartment I moved in, the up stairs tenant had 2 dogs that barked and caused disturbance up until 12 hours a day. As long as the owner was away the dogs would run wild and be loud. I complained numerous times to the apartment office and to the owner leading to an almost confrontation with the owner and nothing done by the apartments. I was advised to move to a different unit but I would be subject to a $500 fee. When in actuality that fee should have been waived due to the amount of complaints I put in and the time frame. Here we are again. 2nd apartment. Dog above loud and disturbing my newborn. The property has gone down hill since I moved here 3 years ago. People hanging out smoking weed in broad daylight. Couples arguing all times of the night OUTSIDE and in the daytime as well. Just a mess. Will not be renewing my lease next year. I’m counting down"

"Apartment complex is beautiful but absolutely the worst residential services I have ever dealt with. first of all, ******DO NOT TRUST THE “TOUR” THEY SEND YOU ON. THEY LIE AND YOUR APARTMENT WILL NOT LOOK LIKE THE UNIT***** That being said, the apartment wasn’t terrible except they had a list of promises they listed on the brochure that WERE NOT MET. All the appliances they gave me looked like they were installed in the 90s. The kitchen light was ON THE GROUND when I first walked in, there were lights that didn’t work, and residue in the shower. The kitchen counters were chipped and the dishwasher and the fridge were leaking with water. The fridge was fixed after making a maintenance order but the dishwasher was unusable for months even after making a request for it. I submitted an emergency request for my clogged kitchen sink and dishwasher the PLUMBER CALLED ME ON MY CELLPHONE to tell me he didn’t want to “come all the way over there if it wasn’t an emergency” I only signed one 14 month lease with this apartment and I WILL NOT BE SIGNING ANOTHER. Please if you care about having a comfortable home, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE"
