"Run. Don’t walk. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any property in Memphis . The communication is terrible. I was given 3 different move on dates . From December - Today (February 26th) . By all means please take your money and time elsewhere. I applied the end of December. Got approved January 8th. Paid my deposit on the same day. January 9th I signed my welcome home letter . I received a letter of denial Friday evening. I went on the following business day which is Monday and was told they been having issues and it was glitch in the system and I was denied. 2 months of glitches ? This is two months after being approved and paying my deposit. No one ever called me regarding the new mine in dates . I had to physically go to the apartments to get information each time . I will be contact corporate, filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well as turning all evidence to the news . If you decide to move in please record every conversation as I did as well as have everything in writing because they will play clueless. Save yourself from the pain the suffering and hassle . Not worth it and never will recommend. Matthew the community manager is a joke and they need a new management team . I will not let this slide as Matthew stated himself that it’s other people dealing with the same issue ."
"BEWARE- They add "charges" long after you move out, don't tell you about it so they can report it to credit companies More than two months after moving out: This is the most ridiculous crook company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. DO NOT sign a lease here, they'll make it the worst experience of your life even moving out. I did not renew my lease & I personally drove to their office to make sure every "balance" was settled (which they confirmed it was) and they're now charging me a new utility fee more than two months after moving out. It's like calling to find what new surprise charge they can make you come in to pay. Mind you, I've called about other issues (see below) these past few weeks so this is a new charge out of NOWHERE!! I'll continue to renew my comment so people are aware of their malpractices. This is a shame that they pack on made-up charges that you don't even know about so they can report you to credit companies and jeopardize your livelihood! _____ SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS! Two months after moving out and I am still waiting to cut ties with this place. Not only did they "not transfer over my lease" when they took over the company so they didn't return my security deposit - but I have personally taken two money orders for the last utility charges that still have not been posted weeks later. The regional manager was actually there when I took my payment and I wish I had pulled him aside. I insisted on a copy of both money orders that another employee there initialed. Thank god I did because when I called a week later to make sure my balance was clear, they said I hadn't paid!! When I told them I personally went in to pay and had evidence, they said the manager would call me back. Of course they did not. I called again this week and the manager (AnLisa) said I STILL had a balance that still hadn't been posted. I was told my apartment was exceptionally well kept/clean and should get my deposit back but I didn't and was still charged for something on top of that - I wanted to be done with them so much that I didn't even care to fight this. I just paid and that STILL hasn't been taken care of on their end weeks later. This is more or less what I had to deal with when I lived here so just keep that in mind if you think about moving here. If you do - make copies and document EVERYTHING. I never leave reviews but after infinite issues and phone calls, this is the least I could do to warn others. _____________ I have submitted requests, called and emailed many, many times and it does not matter. They do not answer and much less reach out. Months ago, there was a water leak from my upstairs neighbor that caused my wall to burst open, water coming out of my electrical outlets, and water lines on my ceilings to where pieces are hanging down on the verge of breaking down above where I cook. This doesn’t include my outdated stove that rarely works or the trash piles around the grounds. I put in a request for that over 4 months ago."
"Bad management and poor maintenance. Me and my boyfriend been leaving over here for three months and there has been nothing but problems. From the mold on the walls to them, cutting the wall out to find a leak, patching the leak up and not repairing the wall. The maintenance supervisor told the lady it wasn’t a leak until the other came and smelled the carpet and said it’s coming from the wall . The lady maintenance came with a can of paint and painted over the wall that was discolored. The young maintenance guy came with a spray can, and painted half of the wall a different color and stated that he was coming back and never showed up. The maintenance supervisor stated that he was going to send a contractor out to the apartment but it has been over three weeks and no one still haven’t came . The master bedroom vent was leaking and we had to use a bucket for about 3 days to catch the leak. Cracks are in both of the bathrooms below the skins , all blinds in the apartment are old and had dust all over them . They painted the master bedroom sink countertop, black instead of tan like the other bathroom . They never answer the phones always going to voicemail . I would not recommend these apartments. They rent is overpriced for what we receiving from them."
"Bad management. Stayed here for years. I had no problem until I moved out and was charged late fee which they submitted a day after I paid, past due water bill, and cleaning fees for my unit that I left empty then unknowingly sent to collections because my forwarding address was not entered into the system by office assistant. Collections affect credit and credit reflects reliability now mines have been jeopardized due to improper handling of this staff."
