"I really hate that Jacoby is not around anymore, he was a good person & manager for these apartments & very professional as well. Nate & DeMarcus are very good maintenance men & please bring back Mr. Walter he was wonderful with keeping the apartment clean."

"I applied for a unit here last week. The new manager called me saying he needed to go over my application stating " so I can get you approved." When I arrived we waited around 30 minutes while he entertained someone who clearly wasn't looking for a apartment. He strolls out of the office doesn't speak to me or my husband takes us inside with the woman still sitting there. He was going to discuss client information in front of some chick who doesn't work there. She seemed more professional and looked around quickly leaving. He proceeded to tell me that our application was denied. I tried to ask what other options we had that he eluded to on the phone. He refused to help and became unnecessarily rude saying we couldn't rent here or any of the other properties he managed. If that's the case why not tell me that over the phone. And why promise me that you could help me get approved if I show up. The lack of concern, compassion , and common sense was truly shown by that young man. He needs to go back for some serious training. I wasted my time and money when the manager knew weren't approved. Truly a unprofessional employee who I reported to BBB here locally."

"Im only giving 1 star because Ty (landlord) is very sweet and willing to work with you long as you communicate. However, the apartment itself is to ratchet because the surrounding apartments have their tenants running and hanging out in deerfield. My apartment never had issues besides the microwave breaking (never got fixed) and my upstairs neighbor clogging the sink causing my kitchen to flood (got fixed) . Next, the violence over there is wild! You hear gunshots during the night and day close range. Plenty of fights. A lot of young guys hang around looking for trouble. THEFT IS A BIG PROBLEM! My apartment got broken into while I was in the middle of moving (stopped for a day). People stealing packages...my neighbor car got stolen! They let anybody go to the pool which causes a lot of drama. Trash is literally everywhere....i dont even know if we have a grounds keeper. JUST STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!"

"My apartment was broken into and two other people in my section. And my Wife had call the office before it happen and told them there was a bunch of young dudes hanging around all day and all night, talking loud smoking weed After my apartment was broken into you would think the office would send out letters saying something after all the break in but nothing. And the security is a joke and no fitness what so ever ! I use to love these apartments but they are letting them go down ."

"I wouldn't anyone to live here. I've been in the complex for over four years. They have never kept their word about anything relating to updating or repairing your apartment. It's the middle of July and maintenance have started repairing my neighbors air conditioning unit and stopped. The sense of urgency is lacking big time. I would not recommend this apartments to any of my loved ones. Concerned tenant"
