"Jim and team are great. The lease/rental is clean and well maintained. Both price and quality are very reasonable. If/when there are any issues, the team is quick to respond and fix the issue (e.g. internet goes down). They regularly change the hvac filters, spray for pest control, and maintain the property as appropriate. I highly recommend these rentals if you are looking for a nice place in the Germantown/Memphis TN area."
