"Do not!!! Do not!!! Apply or move in these apartments!! They are nasty, disgusting and leasing is VERY unprofessional!! They do Not care about the apartment’s appearance or the smell!!! They are horrible"
"I can see that most of these posts are old so here’s an updated post. I am a CURRENT resident here and I can tell you they a complete scam and vile management. They advertise a pool… it’s only open for maybe a month, and it’s locked after school and on the weekends. They promise on site laundry rooms… the machines never work, I still have to take my clothes to a laundromat, not to mention all the money they have robbed from me in those machines. The gate is a scam; we can’t get any help from maintenance; their “housekeeping” only comes through and cleans the hallways maybe once a month, at best; our building is infested with bugs and they refuse to address it, even though we are charged for pest control on our monthly bill; I watched them throw people out through the entire pandemic; and they ENCOURAGE the absolutely disgusting group PB&J Towing to steal our cars while we are asleep. Management is greedy and does not care about the actual needs of the residents."
"Moving into these apartments we were basically blindsided.. We were told it was gated and security patrolled 24/7. During the walk-through of the apartment we noticed the carpet was old and stained despite being told there new carpet installed. Security was RARELY there. Break ins into the apartments as well as vehicles. What put the cherry on top was actually When our vehicle got shot up along with our apartment building with bullets flying into the apartments. Putting our lives into ACTUAL DANGER. We notified the management about all this, with the broken gate and lack of cameras and our vehicle and they didn't make any changes. So we decided to move and they had the nerve to send us to collections $2500 worth of damages THAT WERE DONE BEFORE WE LIVED THERE.. they did nothing about the money we lost due to them unplugging washers and dryers and not putting signs up. We have police reports, and photo evidence and management refuses to talk with us on details. DO NOT MOVE HERE>"
