"Booked here for 2 nights. We got into and went to the pool. The door didnt properly work and they had to let us in with a key. After coming back we showered. I got out of the shower and dried my water on the floor up with the towel. It turn the towel brown! The floor was disgusting!!!! The beds were less than impressive. No sheets, pillow, or blanket for the sad pull out couch bed. And now they have put a hold on my card for the cost of my entire stay AND charged me the full amount! It has been nearly a week! When I called I was told I'd recieve an email. No email. I called again the next day and was told they only charged me once to call my bank! THEY have the hold on my card!!!! I understand a deposit for damages, but $400 + dollars of my money taken up by them is a little much for a 2 star motel stay! Beware!"

"We were desperately looking for a room after leaving the previous hotel disgusted. I explained to the host what we had just experienced and she was kind enough to allow my wife and mother to check the room before booking. The rooms were very clean! The breakfast was also an excellent convenience. Greatly appreciated the hospitality"

"We stayed at the Comfort Suites East-Knoxville twice within the last three months and both visits had good and bad things that put together cause me to give it a three-star rating. It wouldn't take much to move up to a four-star rating. First the good things: 1. The staff is friendly and efficient. 2. The suites were spacious and clean. 3. They offered a full breakfast. 4. The rooms are a good value for the price paid. Now for the negatives: 1. On our first stay the toilet in the men's room off the lobby was clogged, no idea how long it was that way. 2. On our second stay: a. The flush lever on our toilet had snapped, due to rust, so we had to reach in and lift the flapper by hand to flush the toilet. b. The phone in the room didn't work. c. The light by the phone didn't work. d. The TV remote in the bedroom didn't work. e. When we turned on the TV, we got a message saying, "No Signal". Since there were no instructions and the phone didn't work, my wife had to go down to the front desk and get instructions. She was told that we had to change the source to HDMI3 and when we did, we still had a blank screen. Another trip to the front desk. About 10 minutes later the attendant came up and after about 5 minutes he got the TV's to work. He said that it was on the wrong channel as well as the wrong source. After dinner we could never get the TV in the sitting area to work, Luckily the remote from the sitting area TV worked on the TV in the bedroom. They are going through some renovations, so I think we will skip staying here on our next trip to give them time to make necessary improvements."

"The room was clean and bed was okay. The service was friendly, and they offered continental breakfast, which was appreciated. The hotel is old and in need of some serious renovations inside. The colors and carpet are probably 20-30 years old. Thank you."

"Great location, good service, fun pool and a clean room. One thing that was funny was the first room we walked into was completely tossed. The beds were flipped up against the wall, towels everywhere, trashed. I’m not sure what was going on there but I took a photo and showed the front desk. They were just as surprised as us. We joked about it and they immediately gave us a not thrashed room. We enjoyed our stay."
