"DO NOT STAY HERE. Can I scream this loud enough? Teams were there for a volleyball tournament. Did not get rooms we reserved. Rooms were filthy, stains on linen, and temp would not go below 70. Only one elevator working and required wristbands for pool according to Security. Hmmm. We parked in the very first handicapped spot. No spot closer to the door. 16 - SIXTEEN CARS were broken into- one was ours. Why you ask? How? THE SECURITY GUARD WAS “asleep”….. but remember- guests need a wrist band for the pool. Hotel had paperwork and police had come and gone before notifying any guest. Gave us blanketed info and say- yea, happens a lot… Now reading guest Amanda Stevens who sounds like was there just as recent…. Parking lots were blocked. She was CORRECT to not feel safe. SIXTEEN CARS FRIENDS….. and not one staff member; let alone SECURITY heard a thing."

"Best hotel for us! I'm so grateful to Candace and her staff for always taking such good care of our family! It's our preferred location for all our University of Memphis visits! We have enjoyed every visit to this hotel and everyone who works there is fabulous! Highly recommend!!"

"This is a nice hotel, with very helpful staff. The room was lovely, clean, and everything worked. On the other hand, the only elevator that worked was the service elevator, so the wait time was rather long. I was told that all of the other elevators had been out for quite a long time. There is no guest laundry. The hotel restaurant and bar is extremely expensive, which is baffling since there are great options literally across the parking lot. All in all, it's a pretty good hotel, but I probably wouldn't stay, at the very least until all of the elevators are working."

"Although the hospitality industry's facing difficult times, I really appreciated the level of service and commitment from the staff to ensure my family and I had a pleasant stay. We visited during Thanksgiving weekend and the team that weekend was exceptional! The woman at the front desk (working the evening/night shift) when we arrived on 11/24 was hands down amazing! From accommodating the late check ins to taking moments to answer/resolve any issues we had. Throughout our stay the team was able to provide that white glove service that is expected from a Hilton. My family and I were pleased and look forward to enjoying more stays at the Hilton!"

"So beautiful! However, if your spending in upwards of $400 to stay for one night, the pay for parking is absolutely inconvenient, as well as burn marks on our toilet, broken lock on our bathroom door, and visible underlying issues on the ceiling in our room. Given the building is very historical, problems do arise. Being greeted with warm cookies for our party was a nice gift. We also enjoyed how kind people there were."
