"A bed bug tried to give me a Good morning kiss. In room 321. We left immediately and went to the laundry mat to clean all of our things. Apparently not long after we left there was already another person In that room."

"I am staying here for a week. The staff is nice. After noticing something undesirable in my room, the front desk moved me to a different room quickly. But the negative experience happened and now I can’t rest or sleep. Adding to this review as I just got home and my daughter counted 69 bug bites throughout my body. I am very uncomfortable, haven’t had a decent nights sleep, and I had to throw out my trip belongings to not risk bringing this home to my family. I was there for 6 nights and management did give me a letter apologizing for the experience and a $200 gift card. Management also stated in the letter that the room was put out of service until the issue gets resolved."

"*Light sleepers beware* The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was as nice as depicted, but what pictures can't show is how thin the walls are. I could hear everything the guest in the next room did, from talking on the phone (at a normal level - wasn't even being loud) to relieving himself in the bathroom. I arrived shortly after 11 PM (midnight my time) after a busy day and was so ready for sleep, but I was constantly awakened by noise and my neighbor was an early riser apparently, so I was up at 6:30 AM unable to fall back asleep due to the noise. On the upside, my very early morning shower was delightful. I continued my trip very tired and had spent over $200 for a restless night. I won't be staying here again."
