"Place was quiet, clean, cozy, well lit, and safe. I am a young woman and I felt safe staying with my elderly, disabled mother. Tyler was the entire reason the stay was great—he checked us in and accommodated us at every level. He is an excellent employee and he is the reason for the season! He provided great service and even great knowledge regarding the surrounding area!"

"Probably the least hospitable hotel in Montgomery county. Do yourself a favor and stay at any of the other nearby properties before you give this place your money. Amy and the entire front desk staff should be ashamed. If you hate your job so much, find another one. If the owner sees this, start there and work your way outward. Your problem lies with management. We will have our in laws stay elsewhere next time."

"Do not stay here. I stayed here for a night because I had an early appointment and I live to far away. There was multiple cockroaches in my room. I caught one and brought it to the front desk. The guy at night time was helpful he said the assistant manager would help me in the morning and he will write a note saying I showed him. Next morning I go to the desk and show the assistant manager and she does nothing. I wanted to get a refund or credit because ok one I can deal with but there was multiple. The assistant manager took my info and I have called and no answer to talk to someone. Bed was comfy but everything was outdated. And the location was good."

"I needed an affordable Jacuzzi room for a birthday request for my teenager. From my first phone call Cj was so helpful in assisting me with my questions and booking my room. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Ms. Pam and Tyler. They were so nice and accommodating to me! I had to make a call to the front desk and Amanda was helpful and friendly as well! I will book here again! Affordable Jacuzzi room and friendly, amazing service! Thanks so much! We appreciate you!!!"

"Baymont in Clarksville was a nice place to stop. We only stayed one night while traveling. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. Only a couple negatives- no elevator, we had to haul luggage up stairs. And the rooms have an outside entrance. But it was a nice place with a decent price. I would stay again."
