"They don’t communicate with each other, I was told I could pay with a check over the phone and then they gave me a hard time when I got here. And their breakfast is a joke. They are still pretending there is a pandemic to justify serving prepackaged food, every juice they had tasted like it had been watered down."

"I stopped with my family in this hotel we went to sleep and I woke up bcs of the bed bugs eating me and my kids we are traumatized never sleep to this hotel if yall dont want to be infected by bed bugs im never going to stop and even think about sleeping to this hotel"

"This is the normal hotel I stay at just to get away. I always book the same Jacuzzi suite. I have never had any issues in the past. However I always clean the room myself before I bring any of my items in. However on my last stay I did the basic clean like I always do cause I noticed hair in the room, it was not a big issue because like I said I clean the room myself before I bring in any item. This stay was just an overnight stay. Everything was great till I woke up the next morning to find a few bugs crawling. I got myself together, gathered my trash and set it by the door like I normally do, gathered all the towels that were used and put them in a pile on the bathroom floor and pulled the sheets back in the bed and opened both sets of curtains and went and checked out. However the next day my card kept trying to get charged on 5 different occasions however I keep my card locked. I called to see what the issue was and the front desk clerk stated when the owner came in she would have him call. The day went on and I had not received a call so I called back and the owner did explain that the night auditor didn't check me out but assured me those charges will not be processed. Overall this was my hotel of choice to stay at but now I'm not sure if I will book here again. I have never had any issues with this hotel until my last stay not sure if I will be back again."

""non-smoking" room smelled like weed. Floor was cracked and broken, stains on: the ceilings, sheets, and towels. Sink, tub, and microwave were dirty. Nightstand was in the middle of the room instead of between the beds like a usual hotel room. Floors were dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned in like a month. Fine since it was just a place to sleep quick. Would not stay more than a night."

"Great stay, Amazing price!!! The room was spacious allowing us plenty of room for our dog’s bed. The king sized bed was very comfortable! Location is perfect for walking to restaurants. We will be staying again when we visit Ft Campbell."
