"Room 415 had no hot water. Tried calling front desk, 20 rings no answer. Got dressed went to front desk, repeatedly called out if anyone was around. After 10 minutes someone came from the kitchen. Kevin said that was the only room without hot water and offered to move us to another room as all the other rooms have hot water. We concluded from that they knew the room did not have hot water when they booked it."

"The management department needs a little bit more work. Not very good at customer service. Well, this day. No concern. No understanding. No empathy. No call backs. No accountability. No problem solving, all because this was the week before her vacation. I also called corporate who sent my complaint back to the manager who acted unprofessional. WOW! I repeatedly asked myself, "What was I doing wrong?" To get this type of response. I never raised my voice. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. I continue to be nix and never raised my cool. I smiled and not in a sarcastic way, but genuine. I did not rush them when requested a return call. I have always heard you get further with sugar than salt. So I continued to be patient and sweet and just wanted to hear back from the local manager about my concerns but it was he'll. So I contacted corporate."

"Hotel is in a good location. Stayed here for one night to rest on our road trip to Atlanta. Staff was nice, but not available (around 9PM) or to be seen anywhere. The room was clean enough, and spacious."

"This wasn’t the worst room I’ve ever stayed in but it is the worst Courtyard by Marriott I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a ton. My first floor room reeked of mildew. The hotel is aware of the issue and even had a DampRid container in the room in a feeble attempt to try to do something about it. I was too tired to do find another hotel so I stayed thinking I’d get used to it. I did not. The smell only got worse. I’m not talking a little bit of odor, by morning it was overwhelming. The toilet had pubic hair in it as did the floor around the outside of the shower. In the morning (woke up with stuffed sinuses - go figure) I attempted to use the hair dryer but it was caked in what I hope was dried baby powder. Housekeeping was quick to bring me a new one but that is the only good thing I can say about the housekeeping at this property. My first clue the room was going to be a dump was the state of the outside of the building. It looks like it has probably never been pressure washed making it easily the least attractive hotel in a vicinity containing at least 9 other hotels. The bathroom has not been updated so you literally have to stand in a high-sided bathtub to shower. I haven’t seen a shower/tub like that in a Marriott-branded hotel in years. I’m dumbfounded that Marriott allows this hotel to operate under their name."
