Baymont by Wyndham Clarksville Northeast

"Oh, this is not good! The attendant put me in what was supposed to be a non smoking room. Well, there were cigarette burns on the carpet, furniture and drapes. I put towels on the floor so I did not have to walk on the floor. I plan on sending photos to Baymont corporation. The owner is not holding up the Wyndham brand. Just terrible."

"Not what I was expecting from a Wyndham hotel. The rooms are super small. It's more like a run down motel than a actually hotel. The breakfast was pathetic. I will not be coming back and you should pick somewhere else to stay in Clarksville."

"This is a horrible hotel. It looks just like a old run down motel 6 or 8. The first room we were in had multicolored hair in the bed so my bf and I asked for sheets to be changed or we be moved. We were moved and the room we moved into smelt like piss. Burn stains on the jacuzzi and bathroom sink from I am assuming cigarettes(who knows). All the furniture was run down accept for the TV. I also got the joy of waking up to a roach running down the side of the wall. I do not recommend anyone staying here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Woodsprings is much better quality for your buck."

"Room was pretty clean. Location was decent. If you just need a place to sleep for a few hours, this is fine. No Great ammenities but also not needed for this quick trip."

"Checked into room and found a bug, no big deal, I killed it. Then I started looking around and there were a half dozen more stink bugs on the walls and window. Thats when I noticed the big gap under the door. Direct access from outside for bugs to walk right in the room with the door closed. I called the front desk and they put me on hold. Then they hung up. So I called back and they said there was nothing they could do about it. No apology or attempt to do anything. I was genuinely shocked they didnt care there were bugs in the hotel room. Certainly they didnt care about the gap on the door. I asked if they could put me in another room and they acted like it was a huge ordeal to move me. They said they would call me back. After waiting 10 minutes I went back down to the front desk. Finally after trying to reason with them, they offered up another room. Only problem is, that room had bugs too. Nope no thanks , 2 rooms with bugs and an uncaring staff is all I needed to cancel my booking and find somewhere else (which ended up being the Holiday Inn which was 10 times better and had great staff) See pics below.
