"The bed was very hard. They have no breakfast though it's advertised that they do. They claimed we smoked in the room and we didn't we went outside. He was very rude about it too."

"Would give zero stars if I could just simply off of customer service. Went in . Asked the price (92) asked the deposit (0). Tried to charge me a $20 pet fee for my SERVICE ANIMAL. Told him very politely that my dog is of service and is prohibited from all fees due to him being a working dog. I am a VETERAN as well. Anywho who cares… offering to provide documentation while he over talks me anyway, he says he was about to call his boss and figure it out. He comes back and say no pet fee no longer needed however a $150 cash deposit is required for the pet . After repeatedly saying under the law he isn’t considered a pet they still did no other than try to take my money . I politely recovered my ID and departed. This is very inconvenient for travelers with animals of service just looking for some shut eye before the road."

"I would leave less stars if I could. Came here at one point and they gave me a room with no working heat during a winter season. The excuse was that "it takes a minute to warm up". To make matters worse, they charged me and were not able to return my money for over a week, and I had to call back to even initiate that. Came back several months later to find out I was on a "no service" list, which prevents any employee from renting me a room. When I inquired why, they had no answer to give me or that they could even find. This place is ran so laughably terribly that it's a joke. The hotel isn't even that nice it's pretty old. The poor customer service makes it that much worse. If you're staying in Clarksville, TN for ANY amount of time, you'd definitely be better off for your money staying just about anywhere else."

"THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I looked up this hotel on Expedia and saw that it had good but old reviews and decided to book this place. The moment I walked in it smelled like gasoline. When we were told to sign an agreement and asked for clarification, even the person serving us couldn't explain and just had us skip over it. When we walked in the room, they only had two towels for us two adults and two children. We asked the front desk for two more in which they retorted back, "you're not suppose to have children with you, you have to pay more." Luckily the agreement I signed earlier had it written clearly. The front desk then said that they had to call management to all of they could provide us with more towels. And these towels had the gasoline smell too. Worst customer service ever. Also, this place has a lot of basic amenities such as the lobby and pool closed. The price paid was not worth the service received. Never again."
