"Yolanda was kind enough and considerate enough to let me through doors that easily could have been shut given the time. Despite that option, she asked what I needed, let me through and made me feel like more than just a customer. My family business spends 10s of thousands of dollars in HD per year, and my company spends 100s of thousands in HD each year. Yolanda did not know that and did not need to know that when she chose to be kind. Both my family’s business and the company I work for could easily choose to do business with other franchises. However, with ppl like Yolanda at the door, tending to the aisles and HD customers… it would be impossible to switch. If that is the aim of the customer service department at HD, their mission could not be left in more capable hands. Thank you HD for your excellent service and the privilege to interact with your exceptional employees."
"Called to ask a bout prices on materials. They put me on hold for 10 minutes then picked back up and told me they would call me back because they had a line in store. 2 hours later and no call. Not the first time. I'm a pro but the "Pro Desk" isn't professional enough to do business with. There's a Lowe's close in Summer Ave."
"I usually send my crew there. I have been going to this store and the Pro Desk is awful. Rude service and a lady who doesn't know much. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for someone to help me. The other guys were on the phone the whole time. I was not expecting this service since in Atlanta the service is faster."
