"Poway Valley Collision pushed the completion date out twice.. Poor communication to the point of having to call them, the receptionist tells me they would call me back, and having to call back two hours later with the receptionist saying, "they forgot to call me back." When I went in to find out the status of my car on the day it is supposed to be finished, they told me they normally call between 3 and 5 pm they never call back. I explained that something like that should be communicated to a customer. Overall, I'm not happy with the lack of communication and poor customer service. Also they don’t even know the time frame of my vehicle being out of the wash bay as if it takes they whole day for my vehicle to be out of the wash bay. Which is ridiculous, how do you not know how long it’ll be out of wash bay. Every time it gets closer it’s pushed back again. It’s so inconvenient to be without a vehicle especially living so far."

"My car was near totaled a couple years ago due to a driver who pulled out in front of me. They did an excellent job! I had a leased vehicle that was only a year old that I didn't want totaled and they made sure to fix it within the budget! They had it ready earlier than expected, had excellent communication along the way, and returned it looking brand new! I would definitely use them again! It's been almost 2 years since they fixed it and It still runs and looks brand new!"
