"Prices are outrageous and they don’t carry basic parts. Shop around and you’ll see things cost nearly 2X here. A gal of Rotella T6 for $41.50! Why? $23.50 down the road people. Don’t carry ANY crush washers. Such a common item. Oh well, down the road has a wall full of them."

"Brought a dead battery in. It was under warranty but the only option allowed was to apply the 68$ towards the same battery. And the replacement battery would have a 2 year warranty instead of 3 years. Which isn’t surprising these Napa batteries are 100$ more than comparable models. You think you are paying a premium for a good warranty and a longer laster premium battery. But it turns out you are paying to lock you into the same bad battery. 68$ towards a $300 battery that costs 200$ on Amazon. They wouldn’t even give me my core deposit back. Just buy a free shipped battery off Amazon with no warranty. Napa’s warranty is a trap to get you to stay with them - not a benefit to replace faulty batteries."
