"I recently took my car to Fix Auto for what should have been a straightforward repair - a small dent. Unfortunately, my experience with them does not match any of the other positive reviews. It makes me wonder if they are removing negative reviews. Upon picking up my car, I immediately noticed several issues. The paint near the repaired area was chipped, and the color didn't match the rest of the vehicle. It was as if they have never painted anything before, nor have a competent quality control checker. Moreover, they neglected to properly secure some trim pieces, which were left loose. I contacted the shop about these problems and was told that they would be fixed under warranty. However, even after the warranty claim repairs, the results were far from satisfactory. The chipped paint was still evident, and the trim pieces remained unfixed. I was also left with white paint overspray on black plastic trim (the same trim they left untouched). To add, I was promised a quick turnaround and to be contacted with updates- neither happened. I had to call every day to get an update and only once did I get a callback, which wasn’t from my estimator Rick. The only person who maintained any communications and seemed to care at all was Vicki at the front desk. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service I received from FixAuto. What should have been a simple repair turned into a series of frustrating issues. I expected them to stand by their work and ensure that my car was returned in its original, pre-damage condition. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Had I known I would’ve been left with arguably more damage than before the work was done, I would’ve chosen not fixing it at all over going here. Like mentioned before it was a small dent, not even over 6 inches. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this shop for auto body repairs. Along with this review, I will be contacting the corporate office, my insurance company, and business bureau to share my experience."
