"First went in nearly 20 years ago and was overwhelmed by the no-upsell, honest and fair treatment I always received. My cars are all short term leases now, so I never need service, but I had to chance to reconnect when a friend and employee needed service. Fast forward two owners to the current manager: Mark. Same amazing service, and great work. This is the place that instead of recommending you spend more money to do this or that, when you pick up your car they say "we noticed your xxx needed replacement and did it on the house". Yep, no annoying change your cabin air filter, or your brake fluid calls needs to be replaced calls from this place! "I ended up here because I'd rather support a small business. Once in a while you find a manager or an owner who is proud of what they do. This was one of those luck encounters. I went here, originally, for a noisy exhaust. I was quoted a price to cut the flange and bolts off and weld in a piece of pipe, left the keys and went about my day. They actually worked to get the bolts unstuck and put new ones in...for less! Needless to say, I've been back several times with more than one vehicle and I've had great experiences every time. Scot is a true professional. No bs, but in a friendly way. His quotes are always spot on. He actually calls if there's something unexpected! His work is clean, fast and done right the first time. What I like most is that he won't take any job just for the money. He knows what quality means and isn't willing to sacrifice that for a dollar. This level of professionalism and integrity is hard to come by these days. As a man raised to believe a handshake meant something, I would recommend this shop to anyone."
