"The sales rep Brian was incredibly nice, friendly, and informational. M car needed an alignment and had an engine light which was covered under warranty. My biggest issue was the time spanse it took to begin solving the repairs. The first week, they didn't have an available mechanic to check the engine light. So one week wasted. The second week, they discovered the problem.The third week they ordered parts. The fourth they commenced repairs. My car was out of commission for a month. Luckily I had a spare car but if I didn't I would have shelled out a thousand in a rental car. Tom Bell has an infrastructure problem. Two mechanics not available to work, slow service. Chevrolet needs to evaluated their time and time management. A month was way too long. If you need to have your car looked at, maybe at a different Chevy service center. Especially if you want faster service and don't have a spare car."

"The customer waiting area could use a little bit more electrical outlets to plug in devices but on the other side the service area was great. Haley my service advisor was fantastic She explained everything to me and gave me prices and got me out of there in under two hours. I had a 30,000 mile service plus a front end alignment and I was ready to spend two to six hours there.She got me out in two hours."

"I was not able to work out a deal due to a shift in the used car market, but I still left feeling great because of my interaction with Pete Hernandez. He is a true professional, he listened to my needs and did his best to make the deal happen. I hope to be in a better position in a year or so that it can be a win for both of us. Happy 4th of July"

"If you have a Chevrolet that's older than 2010 don't even bother taking it here. They only will work on newer Chevrolets because they can't get parts for older cars anymore. So they will only recommend another place to take your car to. I am very disappointed that this place won't even try to solve this problem. But if they want to lose people's business that's on them. I'll never be back at this place again, until this changes."

"Very poor communication from service tech Brian used an email to contact about plugs. Didn’t call I had to call to find out status of truck. Dropped off Tuesday didn’t get back til Wednesday. Could find anything on transmission, that seem to slip in 1st ((warranted transmission) But found $1700 worth of engine performance work to be done that they believe was the cause. Took 7 days in shop and badgered me to have repairs. Watch these guys. Bunch of bait and switch shizsters ! Cost on anything here is double the amount at any other mechanic. Poor communication and service!"
