"Was pleased to find a service center open on Sunday, but unfortunately will not return. At first, he rushed to get my keys as soon as I stepped out the car and took the entire key fob. Every dealership I’ve been to would detach the glovebox key from fob. Next, once car was ready I reminded him to set up Lyft ride for return. After 20 min of not receiving text, I called back and he said will just do shuttle service instead since driver back from lunch. After hanging up, I immediately received a text for Lyft service. Seems ride was never arranged after letting me know car is ready. When it was time to check out, I asked about s ervice notes he emailed stating cabin air filter not replaced because glovebox locked. He was unaware it wasn’t done until reading the notes himself. He asked me if I had the key, but remembered he’s the one who took the entire key fob. I was flustered looking for glovebox key which should be on my keychain, but he kept rushing me to pay. Was completely put off by “sign here and here, then tap your card.” Once my car pulled up, we looked at key fob and found glovebox key was attached the whole time, so they could’ve unlocked and replaced filter. They took care of it before I left. Fell short on customer service - had to call twice for returning Lyft ride and rushed by service advisor on arrival and payment. Other dealerships review the services completed before payment, but he wasn’t aware of cabin filter until I asked. Two stars - Got the routine maintenance completed an hour earlier than quoted time and appreciated the complimentary Lyft rides, but my service advisor ruined the entire experience."

"Scheduling an appointment was easy online. I explained why I brought the car in, and did not feel any pressure for work that seemed unnecessary. In fact, I was told that I didn't need some services I had requested. Highly recommend Dublin Toyota."

"Went in for some work on vehicle and service advisor attempted to upsell me some ridiculously high-priced (over $1000) maintenance package, which included transmisson/differential fluid replacements, etc. I said this isn't listed in the service manual at my vehicles mileage, and his response was "well that assumes you drive in a perfect environment, this is what we recommend for everyone." Well, their "recommendation" quite literally goes against what Toyota's service manual states. These fluids are only required to be inspected/replaced for special conditions (heavy towing, heavy loading, etc.). Recommending special-case maintnence like this for everyone is ridiculous. That conversation was misleading at best and deceiving at worst. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your maintenance needs. I won't be returning."
