"My experience at Kahler's Werkstatt was excellent! After having bought a car at auction, it was determined that some work needed to be done. Although Kahler's was extremely busy they managed to squeeze my car into their schedule and complete the work in a timely fashion. Their charges were quite reasonable and they always explained what they were going to do and how much it would cost in a very clear and friendly fashion. Moreover, they exceeded my expectations by kindly packing up a heavy OEM muffler for shipping as well as providing a video of my car being loaded onto the truck. My only regret is that I do not live in California and thus cannot give them all of my car maintenance business. I would encourage everyone to use Kahler's!"
"This place deserves more than 5 stars! They are diligent, friendly and truly reliable. Since I found this place I refuse to go to the dealership. They have great customer service, someone always follows up to tell you the price and when your car is ready to be picked up. I have taken my car in for different services over the years but this last one I was a bit nervous as my engine light came on. I am always confident that they will tell me the whole truth of was is necessary vs recommended repairs and I depend on their recommendation. They are absolutely reliable! Highly recommended."
