"I had to get some tires today and absolutely hate going into tire shops as a female. I get answers like I’m stupid when I know more than most guys do. Today when I went into this store I walked in expecting the “normal” experience I usually get, but today was different. There was a super helpful and polite female at the desk when I walked in. Not only did she treat me like an actual person, she was honest with prices and time frames. I’m a busy person so being given a realistic time frame was helpful. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to her, the name on her card says Lela, so thank you Lela for how I was treated by you in your shop today. I’ll be coming for future services just because of you!"

One European make, one Japanese, and one Built in the US, Japanese model I am summarizing the total rating averaged over three different vehicle visits, here. This is why I am raving about and why Wheelworks is my "Go To" for Brakes, Tires, Scheduled Services, and Radiator service. R -- Real simple to schedule: Online and Confirmation via phone, Note: with a "real human being", Mike called me back on the first appointment scheduling while Lela handled my second service call. A -- Actual Multi-point inspection checklist provided that was filled out by the technicians / mechanics. I love the old school carbon copy paper with the Red, Yellow, and Green check boxes. V -- Very fair pricing on the recommended repairs. Parts and fluid all in-stock and immediately initiated the Service E -- Excellence with customer service. Initial service appointment scheduling, drop-off OR waiting for service, Final Invoice plus other recommended service(s) provided - chose Support local businesses that provide "Essential Services" ! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Mr. Jay M. Owner of 3 vehicles recently serviced by the Dublin, California Wheelworks Corporate Store."

"Horrible team! Two bad experiences: One time I had small nail in Tesla, and they said it is not fixable for foam one tires, and they wanted to charge $250 for that! I went to America tire they fix it free! One time I asked them to replace my front flat tire and they replaced one my back tires which was perfectly fine. Once I told them Ok at least give me the good tires, they said we put them at storage and we cannot find it. So I can call it stealing my good tire without fixing the real flat one. Never ever go there!"
