Words cannot describe the patience, the professionalism and understanding RT tires staff was willing to go; beyond the the call of duty to ensure that I had a good tire and was back on the road in no time with good faith they extended just to help me…I am grateful for the phenomenal customer service, empathy and understanding given to me today!
