"Went for my scheduled maintenance. Service was quite long taking about 3 hours for only a multipoint inspection. A few things were fixed (rattling exhaust pipe) and other regular maintenance stuff done (oil,filters, etc). Cost of service came up to be more than $700 where parts added on to a mere $160 while the rest of it was labor. Additionally I was given an estimate for the replacement of brake pads and rear struts? in the amount of $1,200. I then checked at my local BigO tires and the cost if the same job would add up to about $400. This service center is brand new and I feel that instead of taking care of long-term, loyal customers, they are ripping them off to pay for their new infrastructure. Bad business model. I will no longer return to this Nissan service center."

"Appointment was easy to schedule. Drop off and pick up went smoothly. The car was serviced and ready to go until the next scheduled maintenance. The service staff (Francisco and Carmen) were polite and professional. Overall, the service was exemplary!"

"I think I did not have a happy experience with the people treating me compared to other service centers in bay area. I usually go to Fremont Nissan for service. After the Dublin Nissan moved to new location near Kaiser I got a coupon discount for oil/filter change service. Since I have already replaced my battery, 4 new tires, and new breakpads. I have not much to do other than oil/filter change. The coupon is to do Oil/Filter Change plus tire rotation for 49.99$ which is very good deal. My car remote seems to be not working. I explained that it is not working and asked him to replace the battery. Its a matter of few bucks. He did not even ready to say that they will inspect and if needed they will replace the battery, Instead he is trying to convince me that it is how the car remote is working. I have been using my car for 6 years and I know from how much radius the car remote works to lock and unlock it. Finally he said, it will charge 7$ to replace the battery. Out of frustration, I said ok to replace. When i pick up then vehicle, i tested the remote and it work perfectly fine after batter replacement. I was checking if they can waive me the battery charge (In fremont they never charged me for battery replacement) because they did not do tire rotation from the coupon as my tires are replaced brand new recently. They denied to that also.. Overall I went there with the positive mindset and came up with mindset no to go again next time."
