Big O Tires

"I recently got work done on my Corolla and Big o tires was able to help me with the repairs I needed. Unfortunately when I got my car back there was a huge crack on my windshield and I immediately went back in to notify them that my car didn’t have that crack before. The employee who was helping me named Justin seemed noticeably irritated and immediately try to blamed the tow company. I explained I was positive it wasn’t the tow company since I had followed them to the shop and checked my car right before we left it. After emailing big o tires manager with photos of my car and explaining my situation he referred me to an auto glass shop where Big O tires covered the cost. This place is good overall but make sure to take pictures of your car before handing it over to them just in case. If it wasn’t for me reaching out to the tow company and confirming that there was no damage to my car I don’t think Big O tires would’ve done anything about this."

"I encountered a very shocking and offensive experience dealing with a short, bald employee at Big O Tires in Dublin. The employee's name is Joel. Joel has absolutely NO business being in a customer-facing role. He is rude, insulting and lacks the common sense and self-awareness needed to provide a positive customer experience for the business he serves. He has a track record of treating female customers poorly (which I read, and doesn't surprise me in the least) and he possesses a very angry/negative attitude. It's a "boy's club" there and his manager, Mike, allows him to spout off haphazardly like he's being cool... but it's not okay. I experienced this firsthand. I was a long time customer for over 12 years there and will never go back to have my vehicle serviced primarily because of Joel and in part to Mike for allowing his employee's insensitive and unprofessional behavior toward me. Mike was present during the entire interaction and had the gall to call me after I left because I commented that I would not be returning... he played ignorant and had the audacity to ask me what transpired during my visit. Found out there's no accountability at that branch because there is no one above Manager Mike to hold him or his employees responsible for their behavior. Training is highly needed there and/or someone to oversee the branch employees/management best practices being conducted. Disappointing..."

"Huge shout out to Jett for his excellent service. I was at Dublin Hyundai during my maintenance and the technician noted that there was a nail on one of my tires. I called Big O right away and got Jett on the phone. Super nice guy. Gave me all the options and I decided to replaced all four tires instead since they were nearing their end of life use. Stayed with Michelin and got an instant discount and a rebate of $70 off which will come in the mail. I also lucked out and came at the right time. I had little wait and my car was in the garage and less than an hour, I was back on the road. Highly recommend this place because of their excellent services. Oh they do also provide coffee and tea on site which was fantastic and good selection of tires in stock. Cheers!"

"Justin from Big O Tires was able to help get my tires fixed. I had a side wall blow out at a McDonald's Drive thru in San Ramon in the terribly skinny drive thru lanes. Justin used the portions remaining of my Road Hazard Claim prorate the balance and got my car back to me quickly.. Justin kept in contact with me to update me during the entire process. My Service was completed in under an hour, maybe 30 minutes. Big O Tires was busy and very accommodating. I'm very pleased with their Service as they even made time to wash and shine all four tires"
